Aerial photography for property

Estate agents in London and Essex use aerial images for one reason: they answer the questions viewers ask before they book a viewing.

What you get

12–18 edited stills at full resolution, in portal format and print format.

A short film, 45 to 60 seconds, cut for portals and social media, with and without music.

Delivery within 24 to 48 hours. Edited stills within 24 hours of the flight, video within 48. If the listing goes live sooner, tell us and we will work to it.

Apartment development in Romford photographed close-up from the air

The shots that sell

Residential streets and apartments in Romford from above

The setting

How the property sits in its street, what backs onto it, where the garden ends.

Housing development and neighbouring roads seen from the air

The approach

Parking, access, the walk to the station.

Overhead view of a residential development and its grounds

The plot

Boundaries and garden size, seen properly for the first time.

Suburban east London from the air showing parks and streets

The context

Parks, schools, transport — the reasons behind the asking price.

Photographed in the hour that matters.

Same property, same drone — an evening shoot and a midday shoot are two different listings.

Film

Short aerial clips let a buyer understand the setting in seconds — the street, the parking, what the property looks out on.

Video is filmed on the same visit as the stills, so the light matches.

Working with agents

We photograph to the listing deadline, not ours. Repeat work is quoted per instruction rather than per visit, and for agencies with regular volume we agree a rate card.

First instruction: £125. New agency clients pay £125 for the first property, in exchange for permission to publish the images in our portfolio. No obligation to book again.

Interiors as well? Lux Photo, our sister brand in the same company, photographs rooms and interiors — so one property can be covered both from the air and inside.

Where we fly

We're based in Harold Wood, east London, on the edge of the M25. Most of our work is in east London and Essex — Romford, Hornchurch, Upminster, Brentwood, Ilford, Billericay, Basildon, Chelmsford and the towns in between — and we travel across London and the rest of the UK when a job needs it.

Travel is included within 15 miles of Harold Wood; 15–30 miles adds £50; further afield we quote before booking.
