Roof inspections
A different job from marketing photography: we fly the roof, mark what we find and hand you a report your surveyor or roofer can work from. Full detail on the roof inspections page.

A repeat flight over the same property is 20% less.
Every price includes the airspace and permissions check, public liability insurance, editing, and delivery by download link. Travel is charged by zone, below. Files are supplied at full sensor resolution as standard — you do not have to ask for it and there is no extra charge. Nothing else is added afterwards: anything beyond that is agreed and priced with you before we fly.

We are based in Harold Wood, east London, on the edge of the M25.

In the central Congestion Charge zone the daily charge and any paid parking are added at cost, with the receipt. We tell you the figure before the booking is confirmed, never afterwards.
No VAT to add.
We are not VAT registered. On a £400 shoot that is £80 you do not pay compared with a VAT-registered agency.
What affects the price
Distance, how many aircraft the site needs, whether permissions are required, how much editing you want, and how quickly you need the files.
What does not
The number of photographs. We deliver the set the property needs.
Turnaround
Edited stills within 24 hours of the flight, edited video within 48. If you need it the same day, say so when you book and we will tell you honestly whether we can.
Cancellation and weather
Flying depends on wind, rain and light. If we postpone for weather, you pay nothing and we rebook at the first suitable slot. If you cancel within 24 hours of an agreed shoot, we charge half.
