Roof inspections
A different job from marketing photography: we photograph the roof from the air, mark visible issues and give you a photo report your surveyor or roofer can work from. This is visual photography and a photo report, not a structural survey. Full detail on the roof inspections page.

A repeat flight over the same property is 20% less.
Every price includes the airspace and permissions check, public liability insurance, editing, and delivery by download link. Travel is charged by zone, below. Edited photographs are supplied in high resolution for print, with separate versions for portals; video specifications are agreed in advance. Nothing else is added afterwards: anything beyond that is agreed and priced with you before we fly.
Travel
We are based in Harold Wood, east London, on the edge of the M25. Distance is measured by road from our work address in Harold Wood.

In the central Congestion Charge zone the daily charge and any paid parking are added at cost, with the receipt. We tell you the figure before the booking is confirmed, never afterwards.
No VAT charged.
We are not VAT-registered. If we become VAT-registered, VAT at the applicable rate will be added from that date.
What affects the price
Distance, how many aircraft the site needs, whether permissions are required, how much editing you want, and how quickly you need the files.
What does not
The exact number of photographs: the ranges above are the usual set for each package, and we agree the final set before the shoot.
Turnaround
Edited stills and video usually within 24–48 calendar hours of the shoot; we confirm the timing in your quote. If you need it the same day, say so when you book and we will tell you honestly whether we can.
Cancellation and weather
Flying depends on wind, rain and light. If we postpone because of weather or flight restrictions, you pay nothing extra and we rebook at the first suitable slot. If you cancel less than 24 hours before an agreed shoot, business customers pay 50% of the price; private customers pay only the confirmed costs and losses caused by the cancellation, up to 50% of the price. During the 14-day statutory cancellation period, the late cancellation rule does not apply to consumers. If work has started at your express request, you pay only a proportionate amount for the part already done; otherwise we refund you in full. This does not affect your statutory right to cancel.
