Most shoots are booked for the hour before sunset. It is the difference between a record of a building and a photograph of it.
Where we can and cannot fly
Most of London sits inside airspace restrictions around airports, and some sites need permission before a flight can go ahead. We check this before quoting, not after — so you will never be told on the day that the shoot cannot happen.
Our sub-250g aircraft can operate in residential and commercial areas without the 150-metre separation that applies to heavier drones. For larger open sites we fly a bigger aircraft with a larger sensor.
We take off from private land with the owner's permission, not from public parks or open spaces — most London councils do not allow launches there. Where a site sits inside a flight restriction zone, we apply for clearance in advance and tell you what that does to the date.
